Ping

PING is a utility written by Mike Muuss and can be used to detect devices, websites, servers, and other computers on a network or the internet. PING can be accessed with Start > Run > CMD > cd C:\ > ping [IP address]. If the PING times out, it means that PING could not connect to the IP.
