Enable/Disable Network Connection

Here are the steps to be taken in order to enable or disable a network connection. To create a network connection see Creating a Network Connection.

1. Click Start.
2. Open the Network Connections window
   1. Vista: search for Network and Sharing Center then select Network Connections from the sidebar.
   2. XP: expand Connect To... and select View Network Connections.
3. Right click on the icon of the connection you want to enable/disable (if the connection is not there, you need to create a new one (Creating a Network Connection).
4. From the pop up context menu, select enable or disable.
