Default XP service pack 2 bug reporting

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this
question, but is anyone trying to use XP service pack 2?
I'm trying to report a bug and my options are: sign out of
passport and I'm a microsoft employee. Since I sign out of
my hotmail account before closing it, I should not need to
log in. I'm not a microsoft employee so... Anyone know of
a work-around?

Also, I can only open 5 or six web pages before my
browsers quit. I never had this problem before. The cursor
changes to a hand when over a hyperlink, but nothing
happens when I click. Even typing a URL gets no response.
My hardware is a PIII 1.23Ghz, 512Mg RAM, 30Gb ATAPI hard
drive, Hitachi SCSI DVD-RAM, Pacific Data DVD+/-RW, ATI
Radeon 9200 video card/128Mg RAM, Realtek & Linksys
ethernet 10/100 adapters. Plain Vanilla system
