Default XP pro and win2k server blues

Hi,

I have a win2k server network and I have one guy on Xp Pro and I cant
for the life of me get him to connect to the domain, see printers,
ect. I can map a network drive to his computer but nothing else. Ive
tried right clicking on my computer, going to properties, computer,
and tried adding to him to the domain and nothing. I keep getting
this message that it cant connect to the controller. We are haivng no
problems with the domain controller.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Make sure his IP settings have him pointing to the DNS server hosting your
AD namespace. Also your domain name should not be a one work name. It
should be fully qualified.
