XP and ME network, but internet dont work on client

I have setup a network in my house with a XP server and ME as the client. I have broadband through the XP machine but I cant get it working on the ME machine. I can use MSN Messenger but cant actually acces the internet through a browser. The error message that it comes up with is:

Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.

It also says 403 forbidden at the top next to Microsoft Internet Explorer
