Default XP cannot connect to NetWare after creating incoming connections

On a MS Windows XP Professional SP1 (Build 2600.xpsp2.030422-1633) I have the following network configuration:
* LAN adapter (Realtek RTL8139) bound to
- Client for Microsoft Networks (uses TCP/IP protocol)
- Client Services for Netware (users IPX/SPX protocol)
- File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks
* ISDN network adapter (Asuscom P-IN-100)
The Windows is able to connect to a Windows domain and also to a Novell NetWare 3.12 server.

But if I create incoming connections on the ISDN adapter (with all the above network components enabled on it), the Windows is not able to connect to the Novell NetWare server any more (the Windows domain is accessible). If I try to browse the NetWare network, the Windows Explorer says: “Unable to browse the network. The network path was not found.” There are no corresponding events in the event logs.
If I remove the incoming connection, the Windows can attach to the NetWare as before.

I tried to use the Novell Client for Windows NT/2000/XP 4.90 SP1a, but the problem remained.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
