WOW Papers

My Internet Explorer and Outlook Express have these new
icons which showed up yesterday...I have deleted all files
under "WOW" papers but the icons are still there. I did a
full scan for viruses but nothing...how did they get there
and does anyone else have these???Some of them are called:
Backgrounds, Emoticons, Stationery .....
