Default WORKGROUP ON HOME NETWORK IS NOT ACCESSIBLE

I AM TOTALLY STUMPED ON THIS ONE
I HAVE TWO COMPUTERS. ONE CAME WITH XP INSTALLED AND THE
OTHER ONE I UPGRADED TO WINDOWS XP FROM WINDOWS 98, SECOND
EDITION. I HAVE RUN THE NETWORK SETUP WIZARD ON BOTH
COMPUTERS. 1ST COMPUTER NAME - MINE AND IT IS CONNECTED
DIRECTLY TO THE INTERNET THROUGH CABLE MODEM THAT IS
CONNECTED TO A WIRELESS ROUTER.
2ND COMPUTER - HUBBYS
I CAN SEE THE WORKGROUP ON MY HUBBYS COMPUTER BUT ON MINE -
I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE,
WORKGROUP IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE PERMISSION
TO USE THE NETWORK RESOURCE.
CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS SERVER TO FIND OUT IF
YOU HAVE ACCESS PERMISSIONS.
THE LIST OF SERVERS FOR THIS WORKGROUP IS NOT CURRENTLY
AVAILABLE.
HELP, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
