Wireless Network and a printer

I have a wireless home network that includes a Dell
desktop and a Compaq Pesarrio laptop all running XP. I
am trying to get the laptop to network with a Epson CX
3200 printer and have no clue as to how to do this....
the desktop is on share this printer share name: Epson
but when I go to add it to the laptop it does not
recognize it... any help would be appreciated...thanx
