Hi. I am using Acer Apsire 5562 running Windows XP service pack 3. I am having a problem with my wireless network. When I start up my laptop, the wireless connection works fine for a few minutes. Later it just disappeared. When I go to network connections, the icon for wireless network connection says it is disabled. I tried enabling it, but it doesn't work.
I am not sure if it is a hardware problem or a software problem. When I checked the hardware, it says it is working normally, so I assume the software may be at fault.
Anyone out there have any solutions?
First, for why it is disabled automatically?
Second, why can't it be enabled again afterwards?
Hi
Make sure that your system is Not loaded with active processes of both your
original vendor's Wireless utility and Windows Zero Configuration.
Also check the Wireless card Power saving and disable it. I.e., No active
Power Saving for the Wireless card.
