I know this is an established issue (when recovering from
Standby, etc, while connection is actually still valid),
but from Microsoft's Knowledge Base I'm still instructed
to contact Support--pay for something that should just be
a downloadable fix I'm entitled to for free! Can anyone
point me to such a place?
If you contact support, ask for the hotfix and nothing else, there will be
no charge for it.
