Default Wireless adapter not working on limited account

Windows XP Home Edition.
Linksys WMP11 v2.7
Linksys Wireless Access Point/Router/Switch
Motorola Cable Modem

I have switched over from Windows Zero Wireless
Configuration, to the instant wireless utility software
(it does not lose connection). Everything is ok with an
administrative account, but on a limited account I get a
bubble when I cursor over the notification area utility
icon, that says "WMP11 is not installed." I can run the
utility software, and make changes, but I get an error
when I try to save/reconfigure them that
says "....configuration failed." Is there a way to fix
this. Maybe a registry tweak. I have given full
permissions for the software, but the real problem is
that the limited account, is unable to use the wireless
adapter. It is Installed in the device manager, when I
check with both the administrator and limited account.
I'm puzzled?????

HELP.
