No, since the PCs must have a unique name on the network. If they had both
wired and wireless simultaneously the same PC would be appearing twice and
that would totally confuse your poor network.
With my Tablet which has both, I disable wireless when connecting via
wired... and when using the docking station which is wired, it will
automatically switch from wireless to wired and re-access wireless when
undocked so I don't have to do a thing.
