Default Windows XP Pro at 100 Mb

My network cards are all set for 100Mb Full Duplex, but
data rate is much less than that. I'm told there are
mandatory registry tweaks for WinXP to receive at 100Mb.
Information about that is not obvious at Microsoft Help
Center.

I don't think so. I have two XP HE PCs running 100 Mb/s FDX
without any registry hacking. For XP-XP transfers using Explorer
to cut'n'paste I get ~10 MB/s (=>80 Mb/s) with a large file.
