Default Windows Hijacked my Cisco 350 Card!!!

Anyone know what windows does when it loades drivers for
a Cisco 350 Wireless Network Card?

Windows seems to have hijacked that card and made it
unusable by other operating systems. (I.E: Red Hat Linux
9)

How can I make that card usable for Linux again?

Specifications:
Windows XP Pro SP1 (OEM from DELL) - Hijacked the 350 card
Red Hat Linux 9 (Build 9.51) - Trying to get Cisco to
work there
Cisco 350 Card (Cisco Aironet) 802.11b
