win98 workstation cannot see me

Hello Guys
in my network in the company
we have some workstations have Windows 98 installed
and some have Windows XP installed
the problem that we are all member in a Windows 2000 Server domain
and we can all see eachother and log in to domain
but the Windows 98 workstations cannot log in to my Windows XP
computer but i can log in to thier computers
any help please
i already make the guest account enabled
