Win Min application error every shutdown

I'm runnig win xp pro, and every time I shutdown
the application "Win Min" doesn't work!
I search "Win Min" in the list of running programs, but I
can't find it.
I also try to search in the registry but nothing else.

My VShield is updated and I also try to run Ad-aware
without results.

I have the same problem. Also, my home page has been
changed. Have you had any luck finding this?
