Default When running network setup I get cannot

My setup is this:
CABLE MODEM > NETGEAR WIRELESS ROUTER > PC A WIRELESS CARD
I want my PC A to be able to have internet connection sharing enabled, using the wireless connection to the internet to connect another computer with the lan port.

In an effort to get internet connection sharing enabled, I run the home and small office network setup wizard in XP. Everything is fine until the last screen, and this pops up where it should say success:

It doesnt tell me a single thing about the problem.

Another thing Ive tried is via network connections right clicking my wireless connection and turning on ics under advanced. This is the error I get:

When I enabled it under the lan, it works but I lose my internet connection, probably because it thinks it should be coming from the lan or maybe something else.

Is there another way to enable ICS between my wireless card and lan, or figure out why Im getting these two errors?

Default RE: When running network setup I get cannot

Easy one this fortunatly, it looks like your network card that works (lan) has allready go the addres 192.168.0.1 manually assigned to it, however ICS NEEDS this address to configure itself. Easiest way to solve this is to change the ip address of the Lan car to something else. However if the lan card also needs this address then you can......

view the tcp properties for the lan card (lan / properties / tcpip) and make a note of them so you can use them later.

Select use DHCP on this page now, click ok

now enable ICS by going properties / advanced / share my connection / select the wifi card for the lan adapter, click ok

ICS will now be installed on that card, go properties, tcpip for the wifi card, notice how it's setup for 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0, change this to 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0 OK out

Slect the lan card and reset the settings.

Now on the computer you want to use the shared connection with goto the wifi cards properties/tcpip, and setup it up manually for ip 192.168.1.2/255.255.255.0 with default gateway of 192.168.1.1 and dhcp address of 192.168.1.1 and it should work.

Hope that helps

Default RE: When running network setup I get cannot

OK, thank you very much for your help here, looks like I
will get the problem solved, but Im stuck at this line:
Select use DHCP on this page now, click ok
Where is this option? Here is what I see under TCP/IP
and under the advanced tab, where it says DHCP is
enabled. At this point, it still has the IP address
conflict that wont allow me to turn on ICS.
