when I attach a file for sending Email, Internet Explorer shows an error and try to be closed
When I look at the error report it says

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: rpcrt4.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1361 Offset: 0000e8e6
