Default Website loads slowly

Hello. I recently took my old PC (Windows XP Home SP2, P4 1.6 GHz, 1
GB RAM) and converted it to a web server. I opted for Apache instead
of IIS. I'm currently running Apache 2.2.4 with PHP 5.2.5 and MySQL
5.0.45. When you attempt to load my site (www.halamazoo.com), it
loads very slowly. I'm not sure where the problem lies exactly, and
that's why I'm looking for help. I can tell you that when I run MySQL
queries, they run rather quick, and PHP scripts are pretty speedy.
However, pictures load dreadfully slow. I created a photo album, and
it can take a couple minutes to completely load a 570 x 750 image
(72.29 KB). I have a 3 Mbps connection. When I ping it, I get times
around 80ms, which isn't good, but it also isn't completely terrible.
Also, I don't have a static IP, so I'm using a dynamic dns updater.
I'm sure there's more information that's needed, but I'm not sure what
that is. If you have any suggestions, I'm open to them.

Thanks,
Mark
