Default VPN through XP

Got that. Still not working. Now, should I be able to
type in my own address, as well? For a test, to say?

When it goes to connect, it just sits there with the ip
address.

Anything else?

Hi chris,

I assume you have already configured Accept Incoming Connection (Host) and
Dial Up connection (Guest) on your net. Opened TCP Port 1723 or "PPTP Pass
Through" as suggested by Sooner Al. Authentication needs protocol 47 to be
open. What kind of error do you get?
