Default Unavailable Internet access after an XP repair

Due to a few problems I ran XP repair. When all was
conpleted I found that I did not have a set up for
internet dial up so went into the connection wizard. I
selected Internet access and then manual access The next
window which had 3 radio buttons but two were not
accessible (greyed out)and the remaining one was for
broadband access which I do not have. I have therefore
been unable to set up my access phone number, ID and
password for accessing my ISP (OneTel). A repeat repair
has not corrected this problem.
The only problem I encountered during the repair was a
missing file NV4_MINI.SYS which after the repair appeared
to be on my hard disc.
