unabled to connect to the internet

Hi,
The physical and wireless connection in my laptop are not working. First
I'll like to fix the physical connection to the internet. There aren't any
yellow or red crosses in the hardware and all the TCP/IP settings seem
correct and the card is ennabled. I'm able to ping the card but I'm not able
to ping the router. When I do ipconfig it appears all the information from
the router I had before. I'll like at least to get this one working.
Any sugestions?

Posting the result of ipconfig /all may help.
