Default unable to run network setup wizard anymore

hi..i did not know what did i do but i cant seem to run
network setup wizard anymore....
i am logged on as an administrator but everytime i click
on the network setup wizard it does not respond

I am using Winxp btw...
can anyone help me out pls

Usually this happens when your Network Connections folder is emtpy, try
fixing that first...

First make sure that your Network Connections Service and Remote Access
Connection Manager services are running. If they are then compare the LAN
connections in the connections folder with the Network Adapter drivers in
device manager. If there is a Network Adapter driver that doesn't have a
corresponding connection in the connections folder then try reinstalling it.
