Hi,
Currently my system belongs to the domain called
'WORKGROUP', but whenever i try to change my domain
from the system properties and opt to become a member
of some other domain, it gives the error msg
that the domain controller for this new domian could not
be contacted. But there are other computers around me on
the LAN which belong to this domain.
Can somebdy help me out in this.
TIA

Make sure your DNS settings are pointing to the DNS server hosting your AD
