Default Unable to connect to the internet despite signal on wireless adapter

To whom it may concern,
I've been having this bad problem that no one so far could
have solved. I'm using a Linksys WUSB 11 ver 2.6 adapter
(wireless) to connect to the internet through my router. I
can connect, it shows the signal strength and the Wireless
Newtowk COnnection indicator shows that i'm connected, but
when i try to go online i am unable to do so. When i check
the status of my connection, "sent" is being changed,
but "received" stays at zero. Any suggestions? I'd
appreciate some...

Thank you,
Tommy

PS: I called Linksys cust. support maaaaany times....no
result.
