Default Troubles in Explorer

I am having some troubles with page displays in
Explorer. I use Windows Xp with multiuser. The problem
I am having is related to a single account. When on the
Web certain pages will not display. The "working" icon
stops processing short of the full page display. If I
refresh several times, the page eventually displays. It
appears to me a memory issue but I can't find what it
is. It is not hardware as others on the same system
don't have them same problem. I have done a system
restore to a date that everything worked but that didn't
solve it. Any suggestions?
