Default Some "shareddocs" folder items are not accessable and others are?

Hi All,

I have a "Shared Documents" folder located on my computer at "C:\Documents
and Settings\All Users\Documents".

When others access this folder they can see the contents of this folder and
its subfolders.

However, for some files users can "right mouse click menu" copy command &
"right mouse click menu" paste command " some files from my shared documents
folder to their computers desktop successfully, however for other files they
receive the following message...

Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy [Filename]: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or
write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

As far as I can tell neither computers hard disks are full

I'm not exactly sure how to tell about write protection (but when I
investigate the file properties the "Read Only" & "Hidden" attribute boxes
are not checked.)

I don't have the files open, so I don't think they are in use.

It happens to be that the files that can be accessed by others are .ppt
files and the files that can't be copy & pasted (transferred) are .zip &
..mov files.

Any ideas?

BYe & thanks,

JV
