Hello,
I am IT spacialist in my company, and I think I've tried almost everithing
to resolve the isue, but the problem still exists:
The system: Fujistsu-Siemens laptop- good hardware resurses,Intel
chipset,Core processor 1,6GHz,512MB, Windows XP SP3.
The problem:
When starting Windows slows sooooo much on loading desktop, and I found it
is slows just on(before) loading network ( network connection monitors next
to the clock).
I've tried antivirus, temp. files cleanup,SP3, drivers, updates, autoruns,
bootvis ...etc.
Any ideas?
Hi
Check if there is few Mapped drives that are invalid.

Sure it's not looking for anything like network printers that no longer
exist? Other than that, I'm sorry but without seeing the machine and the
network I can't guess.
No answer but curious. I've run into the same thing before. If I make
a logon a logon to the server, after putting in the name and PW I
might as well go get a cup of coffee. Make the logon local to the
station and it comes up quick. Does your problem system come up quick
if you try some local logon? If you find a reason I'd like to know.
