When using the net share command, I noticed that it
created a share but it didn't show the hand icon that
appears when you normally share a folder. Any way of
making the hand icon appear using the net share command?
When I use the net share command, I do get the hand underneath the folder on
my XP machine and Windows 2000 server / pro machines. Try hitting
F5(refresh) after you share them.

Yes, that worked. I noticed that after I made my post. It
seems that it doesn't put the hand icon on the folder
immediately and appears about 5 seconds after using the
net share command.
