Default Remotely Changing LINK SPEED

To avoid having to touch every PC I would like to remotley change the LINK SPEED on the NIC. Any idea if this is possible?

Try:
ftp://download.intel.com/support/net...wmi/fsdset.txt

Download it and then save it as a .vbs. It requires a command line but you can just read through the script and figure out what commandline suits your environment.
