Default Remote Desktop Group Policy Problem

With the "Set time limit for active Terminal Services session=15min" and
"Terminate session when time limits are reached = Enabled" group policieas on
a XP client Remote Assistance and Remote Desctop Connection sessions should
be terminated after 15min. I have these policies set on all XP clients in
case of a Remote Assistence session it works as it is supposed, the session
is terminated after 15 min. In case of Remote Desctop Connection session does
not terminated at all. Shouldn't these. Any idea why this policies are not
applied when RDC is used?

Thanks.
