Otherwise Remote Assistance or TeamViewer are good choices. Remote
Assistance is built-in. You can use TeamViewer free for personal use
otherwise its a $$$$ product.

I use Real VNC to achieve this. You can download it for free at http://realvnc.com
once setup you can connect to users machines and interact with it without
locking out or restricting the users control.
