Default Reinstall IE

Just wondering.

Is there any way to reinstall Internet Explorer anymore?

Back before XP you could run it off a magazine covercd
and manually put ticks in all the boxes to reinstall it
or go into add/remove programs and do a repair install on
it. But everytime i go to do it on XP it just flahes
through everything in a second or two and it's all over.
