Default Re: Cant browse the web

I can browse some web pages, and not others. Sites like paypal, windows update, and intellisync, which I guess use https, say that they can't detect network settings and would I like to use a proxy server instead.

I went under my wireless advanced settings and noted that https was not checked off, so I checked it off, and no luck, these web sites still can't detect my settings. I shouldn't have to install a proxy server, this is a home network with 3 XP computers, the other 2 (one wireless, one lan) can both connect with no problem to any page, it's just this new one that won't do it. I also disabled the firewall (I connect through a WAP and hub).

Any ideas? Thanks.
