On a laptop, how does one change the proxy server
settings in an easy way when going from one LAN to
another. One LAN has a PROXY server, the other doesn't.
I know how to change the settings, but the user doesn't
want to open explorer/settings/Connection/LAN every time
he changes LAN (3-4 times a day).
Make two reg files (on desktop) with proxy info. You can export this keys
from this location
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet
Settings
When you will need to switch, you will just double click the file.
