problems with wireless

i need help.......i set up my wireless connection no
problem, i am not sure how to explane what is wrong as i
am a complete novice, so here is a example: i wanted to
buy a new mobile(cell) phone and when it started to load
the checkout page which i think was secure it fails to
load. what i want is to have the same freedom of the net
that i had with my wired connection but
wireless.......please any help would be great
