When I try to connect to the Internet, my XP machine
tells me that there is a "DCOM error" (in the log file)
and will not allow me to connect to the Web. The LAN
Connection only receives around 500bytes of data. I am
able to connect to the internal network just fine.
Any answers or suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
I would google it and see what comes up.. make sure com+
event service is running and/or set to auto under services
if running xp

Google didn't help that much. I have also rechecked all
services and application relating to networking and WWW
but did not find anything abnormal. More help needed
please.
