Problem with file/printer sharing - and MS Networks

I am trying to setup my Broadcom NeteXtreme adapater in WinXP Pro.

I have MS networking, File/Print sharing, Packet Scheduler and TCP/IP all installed. However, when I go to enable file/print sharing and MS networking - I get a message saying "to enable these features, the following features must be disabled - ms networking, file/print sharing".

The result obviously is that these functions are not enabled!!!!!!!!!

Any ideas on how to fix it?
