Default Prevent user to change his Windows XP desktop IP address

Hi,

How to prevent the user to change the IP address that was assigned to his
workstation Windows XP ?

If it is via Windows AD GPO, could you tell me how to do please ?

Assuming you use static IP, yes, use group policy to restrict the user
access.
