Default pppoe problem

problem:

in devices the following

wan mini port IP
wan mini port PPPOE
wan mini port PPTP

all show with the yellow exclamation point. Trying
to remove them causes an "device used to boot computer
can not remove"

the problem erro says can not load device driver code 39

How can I remove these devices so I can reinstall them
and get the internet connection working again ?

Thanks

After 3 hours with ms tech support there was no resolution
to this problem. The final suggestion ? reinstall the OS.
