Default port forwarding without ICS

configuration: XP, two adapters, "Local Area Connection" is internet, "Local
Area Connection 2" is private intranet, routing and address translation ok,
clients on private network can access internet. Now I would like clients on
the internet to access some machine on the private network. Is there a way
to do port forwarding without activating ICS?

thanks,

/jl
