pop up blocker

looking for the way to able/disable the pop up blocker
when on the web. Can this be done in Internet Explorer,
or is it done using windows XP? Thanks for the help!

Try using the MSN Toolbar that has a built in popup
blocker also u can turn it on and off just thru internet
explorer

What popup blocker are you using? Windows XP doesn't currently have
one built in. It will when Service Pack 2 is released later this
year.
