ping error

i having a networking proble - the first toubleshooting setup is allwasy PING
127.0.0.01 or other ip address but when i ping anything i get

Unable to conect IP driver: Error code 2

IPCONFIG /ALL also produces error.

any ideas please

It would help if you could provide more background detail, and the specific
error you get in the ipconfig /all.

Ash,

An error 2 is:
"The system cannot find the file specified.".

I'd start by looking for LSP / Winsock / TCP/IP corruption.
