10 is the limit of concurrent connections allowed by XP Pro (5 for XP home).
To exceed that you would have to move to a server version and appropriate
licensing.

By design. XP Pro supports 10 simultaneous connections, XP Home just 5.
Windows 2000 Small Business Server (SBS) supports 49, Windows 2003 SBS
supports 75...full server operating systems Windows 2000 Server and Windows
2003 Server family support unlimited connections.
