Offline Folder Sync File Size Limit

I am using offline folder synch in WinXP Pro. It will
not synchronize any files with a file size over 200mb it
appears. Is this true and can I remove this limitation?
There are only a couple of files this size, but I would
still like to synch them. Thanks for any help.
