Default NT 4.0 Workstation and XP not networking

I have one NT 4.0 workstation on a workgroup LAN and have tried to add 2 new systems with the XP Pro OS, but can not see th NT computer from the XP ones or vice-versa. No server is involved, simple peer-to-peer usinf TCP/IP.

What to you mean they can't see it? Can you PING the NT box by IP address?
by name? Can you connect using the UNC path?
