Default new problem

Now in Network Connections, when I try to create a new
connection, I get as far as "Accept incoming connections"
and when I click it, I get a meaasge saying "Incoming
Connections depend on the Routing and Remote Access
service which was unable to start. For more information,
check the system event log." I'm hoping someone can clear
this up for me.

To see the system event log, click Start | Control Panel | Performance
and Maintenance | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer. For more
