Default networks stopping for some reason

OK. I have a point. I was reading a lot of these posts
for the last couple of days.

I keep seeing a very similar topic.

There are a lot of people who's networks/internet were
working, and all of the sudden start acting up for no
reason. They would work fine for a year or several
months, then they go wacky.

Could there be any viruses behind this? Maybe there's a
windows update that we all recently downloaded that has a
bug. Spyware?

Any thoughts? I just started having issues yesterday. I
have current anti-virus and run adware daily. Never had a
virus.

Thanks!
