Default Networking with XP Home

I have problem connecting windows xp home to another
windows xp home thru hubs. It won't connect at all. Why?
But xp home can connect to windows 98 or windows xp
professional flatform. Is there any tricks in configuring
xp home in networking with another xp home. I tried
already the built in network wizard but it won't work.
Please help me.

You probably have the Internet Connection Firewall turned
on. Right click on the network connection, go to the far
right tab, and uncheck "Protect my computer from...". See
if that makes it work. If so, then you will need to
configure the ICF to allow your local network in. I'm not
sure how to do that, but I know there's an article in the
KB.
